Project Overview
WayLucid is an innovative platform that redefines customer engagement by integrating augmented reality (AR) into loyalty programs, guided experiences, and real-time rewards systems.
WayLucid seamlessly overlays immersive AR solutions onto existing applications - think Pokémon Go-style rewards for coffee shops, AR-guided event navigation, or enhanced gaming experiences.
FlowSkale partnered with WayLucid to transform their outdated, static website into a visually captivating, animation-rich digital experience that showcases their product’s value and simplifies AR for big brands seeking actionable engagement tools.
The Objective
WayLucid’s previous site was a motionless, tech-heavy page that failed to convey the immersive potential of their AR solutions, leaving visitors with a vague “this is cool” impression and no clear call-to-action. Their goal was to create a dynamic, user-friendly website that:
- Visually showcases the benefits of their AR platform - such as cost savings, seamless integration, and immersive rewards - through 3D elements and animations.
- Simplifies complex AR concepts to appeal to brands like retailers, event organizers, and gaming companies, driving waitlist sign-ups.
- Crafts a premium, modern brand identity that reflects their vision of AR as the future of loyalty and engagement.

The Process
FlowSkale tackled this project with a creative, detail-oriented approach, turning WayLucid’s vision into an interactive masterpiece that balances complexity with accessibility.
Kickoff & Strategy
We kicked off with a discovery session to unpack WayLucid’s frustrations with their old site and their ambitious goals: visually demonstrate AR’s value, simplify the tech, and target brands needing scalable engagement solutions. This phase shaped a strategy focused on immersion and actionable insights, replacing vague impressions with a clear user journey.
Information Architecture
We designed a sitemap that guides users seamlessly from an engaging hero section to benefits, demos, and a waitlist sign-up. The structure prioritized digestibility, ensuring brands could quickly grasp WayLucid’s offerings - like AR directions or rewards - and take action without feeling overwhelmed by the tech.
Website Design
Our team crafted a dark-themed website with light and dark purple gradients inspired by WayLucid’s logo, creating an immersive AR-like atmosphere. A custom 3D Spline scene in the hero section - featuring an arrow moving between interactive quest and reward boxes - sets the tone, while Lottie animations and stacked benefit cards bring the site to life. The design balances premium aesthetics with intuitive navigation.
Webflow Development
Using Webflow, we developed a responsive site for WayLucid packed with interactivity: a hoverable 3D Spline scene that reacts to mouse movement, Lottie-animated illustrations highlighting benefits, and a draggable benefits carousel with a custom cursor prompt. We also integrated a seamless FAQ with a complex CMS for categorized, pop-out answers, plus links to an AR demo and waitlist sign-up - all tailored to WayLucid’s purple palette and branding.
Prelaunch QA
We optimized the 3D Spline scene and animations to ensure faster load times without sacrificing functionality, a key challenge given their complexity. Rigorous testing across devices polished every interaction - from the hover effects to the FAQ CMS - delivering a flawless, high-end experience.

The custom multi-step booking form has streamlined the booking process, resulting in higher conversion rates and a more efficient operation for FlatIron Maids.
